2 Submit your student application(s)

Please submit an application for each child applying for admissions at JCCA.

  1. Items you will need:
  2. A recent student photograph
  3. Any recent standardized test scores
  4. A recent report card or transcript

3 Request your student recommendation(s)

Send a Student Recommendation form to the applicant’s primary teacher. If homeschooled, please choose a church teacher, extracurricular coach, or someone who knows the applicant in a formal, instructional setting.

4 submit application fee

Please submit a $25 Application Fee per family, payable via Zelle (info@jccacademy.org.)

5 attend family interview

Once a completed application has been processed, the parents will be contacted and an in-person interview will be scheduled to take place.

6 take student placement exam

Student applicants will be given a placement exam to determine readiness for our program and grade placement. 

admissions decisions

Applications must be submitted in full (complete steps 1-6) before receiving an admissions decision. A signed enrollment contract and applicable registration fees are due within two weeks of acceptance notification in order to reserve a spot on our academic roster for the upcoming school year.
